Pixitainer is here to help you containerize your pixi pipelines into Apptainer/Singularity containers easily. Type pixi global install -c https://prefix.dev/raphaelribes -c https://prefix.dev/conda-forge pixitainer to install it and pixi containerize --help to get started.

Install package

If this channel isn't in your workspace yet, add it first:

pixi workspace channel add --prepend https://prefix.dev/raphaelribes

Then install the package:

pixi add pixitainer
