Description

It takes too much time to build and rebuild your Apptainer containers but pixi is hard to integrate in your pipelines ? Pixitainer is here to help you containerize your pixi pipelines into Apptainer/Singularity containers easily. Type pixi global install -c https://prefix.dev/raphaelribes pixitainer to install it and pixi containerize --help to get started.

Install package

If the required channels aren't in your workspace yet, add them first:

pixi workspace channel add --prepend https://prefix.dev/conda-forge https://prefix.dev/raphaelribes

Then install the package:

pixi add pixitainer

Install globally (CLI tools)

For packages that expose command-line tools, install globally to use them anywhere:

pixi global install --channel https://prefix.dev/conda-forge --channel https://prefix.dev/raphaelribes pixitainer
