Provider of IANA time zone data

Description

This is a Python package containing zic-compiled binaries for the IANA time zone database. It is intended to be a fallback for systems that do not have system time zone data installed (or don't have it installed in a standard location), as a part of PEP 615.

Install package

If this channel isn't in your workspace yet, add it first:

pixi workspace channel add --prepend https://prefix.dev/conda-forge

Then install the package:

pixi add python-tzdata

Install globally (CLI tools)

For packages that expose command-line tools, install globally to use them anywhere:

pixi global install --channel https://prefix.dev/conda-forge python-tzdata
