Description

Fourier-Accelerated Nodal Solver (FANS) is an FFT-based homogenization solver for microscale multiphysics problems. FANS is written in C++, built using CMake, and it has MPI parallelization. The fans package provides the FANS binary and the libFANS library; the pyfans package provides the Python bindings used by the preCICE Micro Manager.

Install package

If this channel isn't in your workspace yet, add it first:

pixi workspace channel add --prepend https://prefix.dev/conda-forge

Then install the package:

pixi add fans

Install globally (CLI tools)

For packages that expose command-line tools, install globally to use them anywhere:

pixi global install --channel https://prefix.dev/conda-forge fans
