Description

Tandem Repeats Finder (TRF) is a bioinformatics tool used to identify and locate tandem repeats in DNA sequences. These repeats are consecutive copies of short sequence patterns found in many genomes and are of interest in genetic studies.

Install package

If the required channels aren't in your workspace yet, add them first:

pixi workspace channel add --prepend https://prefix.dev/conda-forge https://prefix.dev/bioconda

Then install the package:

pixi add trf
